Teresa's Influence On Me

Posted by Kim Calahan on May 23, 2010 at 9:39am 0 Comments

This is my chance to say what a blessing Teresa Copeland had been in my life. The day I walked into Cornerstone Gym with my husbands shoes on because my feet were so swollen mine did not fit Walking bent over because I have two titanium rods and 28 screws in my back. Teresa accepted me into her class and has worked with me for two years, helping me achieve things I never dreamed I would be able to do. Teresa has been there for me as a friend as well an instructor. Thanks, Teresa!

Hello RGV Yogis and Yoginis. Teresa was brave to build this website, so what do you think of building an Association for Rio Grande Valley Yogis. We can meet monthly to share ideas, learn from each other and most importantly bring that great positive energy together to promote the benefits of yoga in our community. Please let me know if you are interested. Call me 739-9456 or email me at mcavila27@yahoo.com Namaste.
